Debt Settlement and Online Payment

Have you received a warning letter, a notice, or a phone call from Weitzman Law Firm?

You can settle the debt online, quickly and conveniently, through the firm's payment system, without having to wait for a representative and at any time that suits you.

The system allows payment by credit card, direct bank transfer, via the bit or PayBox apps, and additional payment options.

Once the payment is completed, a confirmation will be sent to you according to the contact details you enter in the system.

How does it work?

1

Go to the payment system:
Click the link and enter the ID number of the person in whose name the debt is registered, and the firm's file number (shown at the bottom of the warning letter).

2

Make the payment:
Once the debt details are displayed, you can easily make the payment using the options shown in the system.

3

Receive confirmation:
Upon completing the transaction, you will receive immediate confirmation that the payment was made.

Do you have an active enforcement (Execution Office) file?

If the payment relates to an active enforcement file managed by our firm, the payment will be handled and reported in accordance with the law and the file details. We recommend keeping the payment confirmation until the file has been updated in the relevant systems. Please note that making the payment does not necessarily result in the immediate closure of the file, and it will be handled according to its status and details.

It is important to settle the debt as soon as possible

Failure to settle the debt may, depending on the type of debt, the status of the file and the provisions of the law, lead to continued collection proceedings, the accumulation of additional expenses and the taking of legal action.

If the debt can be settled at this stage, we recommend doing so as soon as possible and avoiding the need for further handling and proceedings.

Our goal is to enable you to settle the debt in a simple, efficient and respectful manner.

Need clarification or assistance?

If you need further information regarding the debt, the payment method or its settlement, our firm's collection department team is at your service during business hours.

You may contact us to clarify the details of the debt, ask questions about the payment, or obtain further information regarding the file.
